The Art of Emotions Programme is a therapeutic self-development emotional empowerment learning resource. It is designed to improve your skills in emotional empowerment and to support your emotional growth.
The programme is not used as an alternative to clinical psychological therapy for people who have serious mental health concerns.
There are no age limits on this resource though we recommend that for purposes of comprehension it is suitable for people over 16yrs.
Your subscription entitles you to access the full programme and the associated learning resources. This includes up to 13 hours of one to one online personal programme support with a registered therapist.
Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties.
* For funded places anecdotal information may be shared with funders for the purposes of evaluation. This information will be anonymous and your personal identification details i.e name and contact details will never be included.
Your subscription payment is non refundable except in the event of the service being terminated.
Due to State licensing restrictions, we do not work with clients in the USA or Canada.
